Florida Mechanical Air Conditioning has been serving Broward, West Palm Beach and Miami Dade counties for over 25 years. Lee and Collier counties were added to our coverage area about 9 years ago.

The services we offer are: residential and commercial service, replacements and new installations including duct work, design, etc. We also offer service and maintenance agreements.

Our commitment to customers is our key to success. This includes being on time, polite, honest, and qualified to install your central air conditioning system.

Pricing is important to everyone, especially in our present economic times. We use flat rate pricing so you don't pay by the hour. After we diagnose the problem, we then will give you the price to complete the job no matter if it takes us longer than we estimated or not.

Replacement systems (see residential a/c) that are 16 S.E.E.R. (13 E.E.R.) or higher qualify for FPL rebates up to $1,930.00.

We sell and service all brands of a/c equipment and list on our residential a/c page some top quality equipment with special pricing and factory rebates.
